Manual Therapy

Manual Therapy is a form of treatment for diseases of the musculoskeletal system in which the therapist manually affects the muscles, tendons and bones of the patient. The application of specific techniques releases tense muscles and at the same time can activate flabby muscles. The therapist manually creates balance in the muscular system of the patient, releases blocked segments and regulates the musculoskeltal system for a gradual increase.
Manual therapy is always used in initial therapies for patients with acute cases or chronic pains. One of the manual therapists most often used is massage which applies soft and mobilization techniques.
